hi
i wanna measure L primary and L leakage but i dont have RLC meter.
how can i do that?

Do you mean you want to implement your own form of RLC using some kind of programmable electronics - perhaps a microprocessor? If so what equipment DO you want to use?

i want to measure in 100 kHz but this can measure in 20 KHz .

do u have any idea how to do that?
