I recently did an uninstall and reinstall on 6.2.  Now I am having issues opening .h files.

If I right click from the solution explorer I get.

Object reference not set to and instance of an object

Object reference not set to and instance of an object

If I "include in project" it opens normally

-------------------------------------------------

When I try File | Open | File | main.h I get,

The operation could not be completed. Unspecified error

If I try to open a file that is NOT in the project folder. It opens normally.

If I recall correctly, I should not be adding .h files to the compile list and I am 95% sure that this is a new problem for me.

(on Win 7 SP1 64 bit)

For now I am "include in project" everything

PS I did another uninstall/reinstall with no change.

PPS. If I right click in the .c file and select "Go to implementation" the .h file opens fine

Great idea Micky2.  I made a new project. Copied some .c & .h files to the project folder and I have the same results. :(

In fact .c files have the same behavior as .h files

Can you download this and try to reproduce with this latest version.
