We used to get a lot of boards from IMP until they got taken over (10 years ago??) and then their prices went up.

IMP ere my customer for bare board testing services I used to offer in the nineties ( '92 to asian money market crash courtesy of G. Soros ).

 

They had copper black proces which resulted in a soldermask You could not budge.
