Any ideas where I can find weather information on XML and then parse it with AVR ?
XML is a large, complex and totally separate topic from AVR8 timers.
I Googled 'weather xml' and got a few hits. You might want to look at json encoding as it is a tad simpler. Even so, as Mike suggests, it is not a job well suited for an AVR with limited ram. Its one line of code in php if you're running Linux or Windows.
Put arduino into your google search and you get some more targetted hits.
