Hi Folks,

I'm just getting into the AVR scene, trying to figure out which dev. tools to buy. I'm looking at the ICE200, but I also need some way to program parts in-circuit (low-voltage programming).

I couldn't tell from the the docs whether the ICE200 can program parts, or just emulate. Can someone tell me?

Thanks,
Dan

ih

ice-200 is a emulator not a programer

for a nice programer im sugest use of avr app note910

maby atmel update it to suporte mega serie of chip ??

or some good guys remake the code ...

but ice200 is verry a nice tool in have 2 :-)

end is indispensable to develop fast end rock solid code

end is verry low price :-)

a emulator is nice but a real ice is a must

Thanks Marc,

I knew it was probably a long shot, although the last system ICE I used (for the ST-7) could also burn parts.

Best,
Dan
