Well i contacted atmel with this problem and was told that if i find out to please tell them.
Strange,since they designed it.
ok,to get on with it i am looking for the instruction code used with AVR,not the asm code ,
but the octet words used to control the thing,so if anyone knows or knows a doc. which knows,
then could they please contact me.

Additionally, the project i've currently set myself is to construct a handheld AVR programmer,(like a cut down and specialized PDA or a psychotic calculator.so if anyone has info of an existing umm, psychocalc or is in anyway interested please contact me.
Merci.

If it's the encoding of the instructions you're looking for, it is present in the instruction set manual. You'll probably find it somewhere on this site.

On the handheld AVR programmer. A PDA would probably be the best choice for a platform. You won't be able to create a hardware platform with anywhere near the capability and capacty for the same price due to economy of scale in the hardware. Plus they are multi-purpose.

I'd look at Palm which has a nice SDK including a GNU toolchain.

I've also thought about using the Cybiko www.cybiko.com as a base since it has a free SDK and enough capacity for some real work. Cost around $65 each on ebay.
