VMLAB by Advanced Micro Tools is a Windows based IDE for AVR and ST6 controllers.

Alas, further development was abandoned by the author as of early 2006 and resumed in 2009. A version 3.15 was released in 2009-07-10 (or 2009-10-07?) [1].
