Hello there,
I Have a USB to UART Converter with its driver
is there a chance that i can Use it to module a USB Bluetooth device (Like the one used to transfer files between Desktop Computers ) with Atmega128 and a laptop ?
i mean can i send command via my laptop bluetooth to the ATmega128 through the USB to UART converter and a bluetooth device ?
Laptop(with built in BT )

I suppose so, but it sounds rather complicated. You imply that your Laptop has an internal BT antenna.
You just need to buy a Bluetooth module like this
Make sure that you buy a module that has header pins and converters for 5V.

I tried so hard to find a Module like the one you've mentioned But I couldn't because there's American -European Sanctions on My Country so...electronic devices are so hard to be found ..
That's why I'm Asking about this method if it works or not |

Why not say which country you live in ?
I presume that you have a working postal service in your country. Even if companies won't sell to you, surely you can receive letters/packets from private individuals.
Surely the Chinese vendors on Ebay don't care where they post goods to. Just as long as they receive good money.
