Yup, I've been noticing that number creeping inexorably towards 10,000. What I might do is retire at 9,999 and keep y'all in suspense about what the BBS calls a 10Ker 
(actually I think the "raving lunatic" goes with the six stars so unless they give me a 7th star I doubt anything will really change but maybe Atmel could send me an STK600 or something to celebrate - hint, hint!) |

I think the system will crash - maybe the entire internet! That's a big responsibility, Cliff.
What will we do with all the spare time we have when sufring(c)the web is not an option?
Or maybe the count will wrap-around from 9999 to 0. |

What if it's a 32bit int? 4294967296 posts...hmm...quite the chalange. If he should accomplish this in the next 20 years...half a million posts a day. Have fun! |

Well since last Thursday, after 23 years working for Alan, my boss is now Rupert Murdoch in fact (or, rather, his son James)
(but yes, I am a "boss" of sorts with about 20+ people currently working beneath me - though it varies according to when we have more major projects on the go)
