So I was helping a friend make a midi device out of his arduino. This required reprogramming the firmware on the mega8u. Did that in Studio.
The plan was to then program the arduino using my avr isp mk II from the ICSP pins. To do that we had to reinstall the driver to a mk II driver that arduino IDE recognised. Worked fine. Now however I want to go back to programming in AVS4 and AVS4 doesnt recognise the driver that arduino IDE does recognise. So I am trying to reinstall the old driver.
Reading around, I go Control Panel>All Programs>Modify AVS4, etc etc and it should install the driver.
It hasn't worked. So my question is can I just get the driver files from somewhere and direct the driver installer in device management to that folder. I cant find them on the internet anywhere, and everyone says that you need to do it with AVS, however surely its just a file somewhere. If someone has it, any chance they could zip it up for me.
Thanks. |

| Actually, I have just reinstalled AVS4 and it reinstalled the driver, so to change the question, can I install 2 drivers for one device? i.e the arduino driver for the mkII and the avs driver for the mkII? |
