Comparing the AT32UC3B1256 and AT32UC3B0256 device parameters on atmel.com, it is listed that the 64-pin version (AT32UC3B0256) can act as a USB device or mini-host, while the 48-pin version (AT32UC3B1256) can only act as a USB device.
What is missing in the 48-pin version (AT32UC3B1256)that doesn't allow USB host functionality?
Thanks. |

| I guess no one has used this IC, trying to figure it out myself, I noticed the data sheet doesn't really get into details... where you ever able to figure it out? |

| I never received a clear answer from anyone - I decided not to use this device for a USB host device. Sorry I can't be more helpful. |
