| What's more it was Trevor Roche flying it. A huge loss to the Shuttleworth Collection in every sense. As a member of the Shuttleworth Veteran Aircraft Society, weather permitting, we are regulars at Old Warden and if I hadn't been feeling unwell this morning we would have gone as so many of the air displays have been rained off this year this would have been one of the first with reasonable weather. From early eyewitness reports it sounds like it must have stalled as it was seen to go nose in. At least death was instant and Trevor died doing what he loved best which I guess is pretty much how we all might hope to leave this mortal coil. |

just on our news that a C130 crashed in colorado.. Although not an old plane, yet another plane crash...
It seems again time for planes to start falling from the sky. Hope this time it lasts shorter then the last time. |
