Maybe resolve the logical inconsistencies in your post?

Agreed +1
Are you telling us you have a company in india and want to hire some of us to come work for you?
Are you out of a job in india and want one of us to hire you? |

Jeeez Cliff. From what I am reading, this is about as nice as you could ask for
Even you have to admit, the post looks like spam |

I haven't the first idea why you say that. To me it looks like someone who's been involved in computers a bit (selling PCs) but now wants to broaden his horizons and find out more about embedded micro programming. Quite a valid wish I would have thought? Perhaps I should start by suggesting that the Newbie? Start herethread contains a wealth of information for anyone looking to start in MCU programming.
That his post be interpreted in other ways is, I fear, rather symptomatic of the "atmosphere" here |

My take was he is running his own embedded micro business and sales are poor, so he is looking for job in the business.

So did I after I noticed the 60+ posts. But at first glance I thought it to be spam. Hence why I asked the two questions.
Since the OP has not responded to anything since, I say we leave this alone and see what happens rather than turn it into a big deal as always
I'll start first...Later dudes! |

| Yeah that rings a bell. There's a famous Doctor named Gupta. Maybe that's what I was remembering? Anyway, I thought he said he had some circuit board products and he sold 25pcs (pieces). Hard to pay the rent if you only sell 25 of them. |

I would have thought that about 10 years of employment in the industry would be a minimum to get some experience and find out who is who in the industry.
Have you done any market research to determine where your skills fill a niche? If there is no niche, remain employed!
If there is a niche, contemplate employing some recent graduates whom can do the grunt work for you while you "work" on growing the business.
After 10 years your employees will leave you and start their own business, competing with you.
It is a "dog eat dog" world!
It is no easier to run a business in the West with higher wages & tougher regulations. Many Western graduates find it tough to get a job too, because many IT jobs are being exported to India where wages are lower.
"Survival of the fittest", it is a Darwinian fact! |
