Hi,
I have created an elf file (its size is 2.8MB) for execution on NGW100. I am unable to copy the file into NGW100, because of space limitation.
Please give me some suggestion for removing unnecessary files.

Also I am considering to buy a new board. Please suggest me a linux based board whose support is active.

What anout mouning an SD card. That way you can have a lof of elf files for testing. You could generate a bin file that are a lot smaller than an elf but does limit your debug capabileties.

Can we debug any application on NGW100 mkII?
what is the procedure?
Is there any tutorial for that?
Recently I faced a problem in one of my applications. my application is functional on Ubuntu but its cross compiled version is not working on NGW100 mkII. So please suggest me any way for debugging.

Try looking up strace for the basic onboard way. There is some way to use avr32studio but I have never used it.
