I got 17 yesterday morning, Jan 8. The oldest e-mail said it was sent on Jan 3.

I too just got a rush of emails after a period where they disappeared.

I took the photo new years eve!

Just kidding.

Simply set camera on 1/4 sec. Hold body still and shake head.

Somebody in a photo group i'm in ran a self portrait competition. I don't like photos of myself though.

Well, I was out of town a few days.
Back today, and about 100 Freaks notification e-mails in the in box.

Mine are more or less working too, in fits and spurts. The one on John's post (directly above) is actually right on time, so maybe all is well in the heavens again. I also got my first product notification in many, many months.

Many thanks to eivind or whichever kind soul(s) made this happen.

How exciting!! Just got yours too. Now we have no excuse for not helping people because we forgot which of the many threads we replied to.

hmmm I'm easily excitable today, must be this rotten flu I'm battling with for days. Sad

And I thought it was all that intense spam hunting you did yesterday.

There is more than one way to skin a cat. The forum can always present you with a list of threads that you have participated in. And it will mark the threads where there are new posts since last login with the "new post icon".

I didn't really get the "arousement" over the notifications missing, but might it be that you all have missed the item I have marked below? I use that as my standard MO here at freaks - on my start page I have a link directly to "My posts".

Leon is going to hate you for that. Smile Anyway it's great that it is working now again, don't have to use my head as much.
Ok for you youngins...wait until you get to my age.

Eivind or whomever got it working again should get the E-plumber of the year award. Smile

Gods be praised, I just got a Topic Reply Notification. That's the first in 6 months. Maybe a sign of things to come?
