OK, I'm desperate. A few days ago, I decided to improve my bathroom a bit. I replaced the light fixture and mirror, then set out to find a nice brushed-nickel towel ring, toilet paper dispenser, towel bar, and... a wall-mounted dixie cup holder that vaguely looked like it belonged with the other 3 items.

Jesus God. I never thought it would be so hard to buy a stupid cup dispenser. They apparently don't exist. I've been to Home Depot, Expo, and Lowe's (and also looked through the custom-order catalogs at all 3 stores). No luck. I proceeded to Bed Bath & Beyond, Linens 'n Things, Container Store, Crate & Barrel, Target, Wal-Mart, and even K-mart. Nothing. In fact, I wasn't able to find a wall-mount dixie cup dispenser in ANY form at any of those stores -- plastic, metal, or anything else.

I'm blown away. I've even hunted through websites to all the major companies that make bathroom accessories (Kohler, American Standard, and a bunch of others). It's as if the people who design bathroom accessories grew up in some strange parallel universe where 3oz paper bathroom cups don't exist.

Sigh. Does anyone have any other suggestions where to look for a wall-mounted 3oz cup dispenser that would look remotely acceptable surrounded by brushed nickel bath hardware?

Oh, and I'm also open to suggestions for something that's brushed nickel and suitable for holding a disposable electric toothbrush (you know, the ones with lumpy handles that don't fit in any toothbrush holder ever made...)

Yes, maybe, try the local bottle water distributors like Sparkles. The ones that rent you a stand and bring bottled water. I know Sparkles have then attached to some of their dispensers.
Don’t know if they will sell you one?
Good luck,
John

Maybe a 2" diameter galvanized pipe with an adapter screwed on the end. It would give your bathroom that "industrial" look Very Happy

Short answer seems to be Dixie DS115

Results 1 - 10 of about 29,000 for industrial dixie cup dispenser stainless steel. (0.12 seconds)

I like the looks of this one if the cup size is right:

I think Lee's leads will give you what you want, but for future reference you can stop by an architect's office and ask to browse through some of their catalogs - they have catalogs for everything (or did, pre-internet days).
