Description
The AVR UNI-ICE is the first Universal AVR ICE, In-System Programmer and In-System Debugger to be released to the market. Building on our rapid success in AVR tools, we now offer this unique product, which covers ALL AVR CPU?s including those with JTAG and debugWIRE On-Chip Debug. Any AVR CPU can be programmed using either ATMEL STUDIO or PONY-PROG. This product now incorporates the Flash JTAG ICE connection standard and DebugWIRE via a 10 way interface, as well as the established Flash STUDIO+ ISD debugging. A simple 10 way convertor PCB allows the product to be used with those boards containing the ATMEL JTAG ICE connector. If you require a true non-intrusive Universal AVR hardware emulator, where external signals/handshakes are emulated in real-time and real CPU pin signals are displayed in CHIP View window in STUDIO+ then buy UNI-ICE today. The standard UNI-ICE product can be upgraded to support JTAG ICE and debugWIRE via firmware software upgrades (price of the upgrade is just £25 (US$35) the product can then be used with any AVR CPU containing On-Chip Debugging, (A STUDIO+ ICE upgrade is included in this price).
