AVR32110: Using the AVR32 Timer/Counter
Updated: Dec 18, 2007
Description
The Timer/Counter Module in the AVRŽ32 consists of 3 identical and independent
channels. These channels can be programmed independently of each other to
support frequency measurement, event counting, pulse generation, pulse width
modulation, among other features. 8 different clock sources can be used. There is
an interrupt for each channel, which can be programmed to enable processor
interrupts. There is a Block Control register that can start all three channels
simultaneously.
