Deviceimage

Summary

The ATmega8L is an upgrade path for AT90LS4433. One of the most interesting aspects is the small size of the MLF package. It being only 5x5mm gives this device a very high performance in a small package. In addition, the fact that this device can run at 16MHz (5V version) really makes this a very interesting device! This device is also available in a 5V version, ATmega8
