Downloading and installing the AVR GCC was a piece of cake. Now comes the hard and can be fun part, writing a "Hello" program, compiling/asm/linking (whatever), and programming the ATmega103 on the STK300.
I realize that displaying "Hello" right now, especially trying to get a LCD display to work as the first pgm is a bit much. There is already a small prm in there that lights the LEDs as the pushbuttons are pushed. May be on the lights the LED on the opposite end of the PB. Something simple. Hey, I'm simple. Something just to verify that All My Ducks Are In A Row.
Like I said I'm simple so please keep it that, lest I get lost. Again! Actually still.
