Migrate from Tiny44 to Tiny441?

I've done a quick search, but didn't find anything much.
Anyone know if it's trivial to migrate Tiny44A code to a 441? Farnell are out of stock of the 44A...

No experience however by looking at the datasheet the T441 does NOT come in PDIP like the T44, they both come in SOIC, so hardware you may be OK or not.
