Arduino: 1.6.0 (Windows 8), Board: "Arduino Uno"

Sketch uses 1,280 bytes (3%) of program storage space. Maximum is 32,256 bytes.

Global variables use 11 bytes (0%) of dynamic memory, leaving 2,037 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2,048 bytes.

avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "\\.\COM1": The system cannot find the file specified.

Problem uploading to board.  See http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/T... for suggestions.

This report would have more information with
  "Show verbose output during compilation"
  enabled in File > Preferences.

This is the message i am getting while burning code.

I made arduino uno on breadborad and successfully burned the bootloader.

But when i am flashing blink code its not going in.

And when i connect led to pin 13 or 19 led is turned on.

I copied the compiled hex file and flashed using extremelectronics tool and code was flashed but still code is not running.

Can you tell me what's wrong in this.

I am using USBASP(atmega8)

In arduino IDE when i click on tools > port

port seems to be disabled.
