Hello. When i use the miso/mosi/sck pins on an mcu to program it via ISP can i use them for example as simple inputs or outputs? Like using them for toggling leds?
Or can i use them for ISP communication with another device?

This topic has a solution.

Yes,   they are the pins for the SPI bus.   Just make sure that all the other SPI devices have real external pull-up resistors on their /CS pins.

That means you have to spend real money ($0.02).

An LED is fine on the MOSI or SCK pin.     Be careful with an LED on the MISO pin.    (only a low-current one is safe)
