I have an existing SAMD21 project in Atmel Studio 7.0.1417 and want to add EEPROM Emulation to it.
That sounds really simple. The ASF GUI is straight-forward. Just find “EEPROM Emulator Service (driver)” in the Available Modules, click [Add], click [Apply], and there it is in the Selected Modules.
One problem: I want to compile it too.
eeprom.h: No such file or directory
So I installed the bare EEPROM Quick Start example. It compiles. It also pulled in BOD, so I included BOD in the project via ASF Wizard. It still doesn’t compile.
bod.h: No such file or directory
Then I removed both the EEPROM and BOD modules, then re-added them, then hit [Apply] with both of them together. That doesn’t work either. I have the “AT03265: SAM D10/D11/D20/D21/R/L/C EEPROM Emulator (EEPROM) Service” app note open but it doesn’t seem to have any clues.
Is there a [Refresh Dependencies] button?
What am I missing?
