Great project. Have you tried to generate AC voltage for motor control? Just curious what was used - triac, SCR etc? I would like to produce 0 -230 VAC 3 Phase power for testing?

This project is written for ac motor control applications. A 3 phase bridge with 6 igbts with a driver like IR2130 can be used for this purpose. The 3 phase output are applied to 3 Not gates and the 6 output signals can be applied to IR2130.Also an isolation stage is better for safe operation.

Hi,Ozhan K. Thanks to your work. This project is very useful for me.but if the Carrier frequency need to be changed(i.e. 5kHz-20kHz),how to modify the project.

Hi wugenzhong

Carrier frequency depends on timer clock and pwm resolution. According to timer prescaler divisions(1,8,64,256,1024) and with constant pwm resolution, I think 5-20khz carrier frequency can be achieved by clocking the timer from an external clock with proper frequency range.

if I use timer from internal clock(there is no external clock),how to do it? Thanks!
