I had this happen once and it was because I did not download the help file and Studio was looking to the atmel/micrchip site for it.

Is the PC that has Studio on it connected to the Internet when you try to view the help file?

Download the help file as well.

Go back into Studio.  Exit out of the help screen and click on HELP>ADD/REMOVE HELP CONTENT

You should see a screen like this one:

Simply find the help files you want and click ADD.  Once the files are installed you should see in the STATUS column the word LOCAL.  Check that you have this for teh other modules you downloaded.

Then you will need to adjust your settings in your PC Profile?

It's possible that your IT group will need to ease up some restrictions if its working in Administrator profile, but not power user.
