Does anyone know an Arduino library for AT21CS01 Single-Wire, I/O Powered Serial EEPROM?
I looked all around, but didn't found any.

I found this, but it is beyong me to create an Arduino library from it.

Looks like the protocol is similar to the maxim 1wire devices. Thus there is already an Arduino library.

It is the same concept, but it is not the same.

Still lost here,

Silly question, but what possible need could you have for an external EEPROM which holds 128 bytes?  Surely the Arduino you are trying to connect it to has 1,024 bytes of EEPROM... 8x more!
