Hi all - I am using an AVR Dragon, Jtag programming and an EVK1101 board.

I am happily programming, but would like to use debugging and add watches to the watch window.

Is this possible with the (limited) debugging offered by the dragon?

In particular, when setting a breakpoint - I get :

the breakpoint will not currently be hit. unable to set requested breakpoint on target

 In particular, I am trying to get the value of F_CPU - not sure if my delay is delaying as  it should. (added the delay service from ASF)

earlier in the code I tried

volatile int freq;

and further down after main:

	freq = F_CPU;

to see if this would make it visible.

In the watch window I get: Unable to evaluate the expression

thanks

Russell

Sorted the F_CPU issue - but seriously how do I add breakpoints? Anyone??

Click on the side bar next to the line where you want the breakpoint or use the Menu from the Debug tab.
