Hi,

I have been trying to upload a program to these fresh custom SAM E70 boards, but unfortunately am getting an error message.
Has any body experienced this before?

Severity: ERROR

ComponentId:20100

StatusCode: 131121

ModuleName: TCF (TCF command:erase failed.)

Could not activate interface, but found DAP with ID 0xbd11477..

This ususally indicated that the device is located or in deep sleep. Try to do a chip erase

Unable to enter programming mode. Verify device selection, interface

settings, target power, security bit, and connections to the target device.

Regards,
Hari

I am able to program 3 board with the very same design in here without facing any issues & i have never seen such kind of an error before.
But now at the client side, they are facing this issue with all the boards that they have tested.

Has anybody seen similar issues before?
In our case, since its a custom board, we have not wired out the hard erase pin & the package used is a ball grid array.
So there is no question on performing a hard erase on the board.
