hosed my atmega328p with an eeprom_update_block

I think I hosed my atmega328p with a call to eeprom_update_block. I try to run avrdude -t and get the error in the attached jpg.

I tried an erase command.

Is there any way to get it back to good?

Oh nevermind - I unplugged the USB cable to the buspirate and its all OK now.

Glad it's solved, but... looks like you passed -F to avrdude.  NEVER DO THAT!
