Again, the buffer part is totally unrelated to any of this: all it needs to do is to switch on and off.
So forget about all the rest of it, and concentrate on just that part.
Do you understand basic electronics - FETs, ohm's law, etc?
But what is suitable voltage buffer for this circuit ?
I want to connect output 1 to first stage from a Transmitter that is a transistor by part P308B(rassuian transistor).amplitude of output should be 5-8 V.
Output 2 goes to one reed relay with amplitude 6-10V
I don't know why I'm still doing this hobby
do you mean ATmeaga328? I want to use DIP devices.
The 328 is in a DIP package.

I think I had already sent you.
Do you know how rude your post seems?
People have taken the time and trouble to make numerous posts trying to help you and you finish with a one word reply. Would it not have been polite to also take the time and trouble and tell us how you solved it?
Do you think people are now more or less likely to help you in future?
I had a mistake at output connection,I used a sample of outputs to connect frequency meter with mega16,when disconnected sample, all things are good.I apologize if I'm upset you.I asked from people help me on next times for later problems.
How calculate R3&R2 in left circuit?
Do you suggest type of transistors pnp&npn?
What is your opinion about 2N3904&2N3906?
You can probably get away with 1000 ohms for each, otherwise you'll have to look up some buffer circuit examples
When in the dark remember-the future looks brighter than ever.
AT mega328 is available in DIP package.

People passing by, they would stop and say, "Oh, my, what that little country boy could play!" [Chuck Berry]
