Hello, I have an immediate need to buy a few (5-10pcs) of the atmega328pb, either -AU or -AN (32-TQFP package) if anyone has excess inventory. DigiKey and Mouser are both out of stock for a few weeks. Or, if you know of another distributor that has current stock. Please PM if you can help.

Most places have the x-mini 328pb development boards in stock for about $10 ...at least you would have something to run/develop code on.

Would that do the trick, short term?

Thank you avrcandies,

I designed the board a few months ago and it works great. It plugs directly into Opto22 I/O racks and provides isolated industrial strength I/O for machine control, etc. It provides 2x RS485 serial ports (the 328pb is the perfect fit).  I need to build a few more for immediate projects at the brewery where I'm the control engineer. Unfortunately, the lead time has stretched out to 6-8 weeks. I have 25 on order but need a few immediately. Thanks for your input.

Well, I'm working on a few 328PB projects & have a small stash....I could do $30 plus your shipping for six   (The price is high since to get them I had to pay shipping that was as much as the parts).

PM if interested & how you'd pay up.

Thanks to everyone for the help. I now have parts coming to me, which will really get me out of the current bind. My Mouser order is scheduled for Oct 30! The 328pb is obviously a tremendous success for Atmel.

El Tangas,

I love that cartoon. So appropriate! I glad that I got help through avrfreaks forum, so I wouldn't have to buy from that guy.
