Again, the buffer part is totally unrelated to any of this: all it needs to do is to switch on and off.

 

So forget about all the rest of it, and concentrate on just that part.

 

Do you understand basic electronics - FETs, ohm's law, etc?

I had a mistake at output connection,I used a sample of outputs to connect frequency meter with mega16,when disconnected sample,all things are good.I apologize if I'm upset you.I asked from people help me on next times for later problems.

You can probably get away with 1000 ohms for each, otherwise you'll have to look up some buffer circuit examples
