Making a sticky for now as it is likely to be asked again, and also to give people a thread to complain if they wish to do so. devil

Please contact Microchip support

For those old guys not familiar with that you may want to post some link to it, the ol' guys only know the Atmel support page. wink

That's an annoying page jumping around when I try to click on something, so I logged in and nothing shows up for my old cases.

I could not see where to change the password, I'll log out and try again.

edit so a different support page that the normal MC support? It seems to get confused as I also have a MC account for a long time, I wonder if the 2 will merge? Trying again.

And the mess has started! I manged to log in and change the password, my old Atmel cases showed up. But now I'm stuck with a crazy password that I cannot change from that page, I can change language, time zone but no password change.

edit I think I'll split this for this thread.

I went to the main MC support and changed the password back to what it was, now I can log in but nothing from Atmel shows up!

It will bring you to the history (if any) of you support case after you log in

Or you can start a new case from there
