Can someone please hep me with flashing the program in AT32UC3C0512. I tried flashing the code using Atmel ice with awire and jtag both. Both times while flashing code it gives me error Failed to write  ox80000000h something like this. I am very new to avr 32 bit MCU.

Describe your hardware, is this MCU on a pcb of known good layout or is it on a proto-board?

Are ALL power and ground pins connected with bypass caps near by?

What is the power source?

The problem here might not be a power supply one.

UC3 chips come with a factory programmed bootloader, and this bootloader region is protected by BOOT PROTECT fuse. To fix this problem just go to device programming window in Atmel Studio and perform a chip erase.
