Note that a #if can cause the preprocessor to do arithmetic. The number of bits is implementation-defined.

@steve17 atmelstudio.exe *32  running at 11~13%  I have 8 cores so 100% / 8 = 12.5% and that is why one core was at 100% The .Net version is running...
