AVR GCC version of AVR Studio 4.17 and AVR Studio 6 are different.    Still debug, any suggestion is welcome...

I think I understood the statement. The description of SBIC means that the instruction will work "on the lower 32 I/O Registers", i. e., data locations 32-64...
