The 1st question is, of course, do you have the 10 pin JTAG cable correctly wired. A 4.3V target voltage is suspicious. What voltage is you chip running at?

So... I found online a project i could use. Sounded nice, but only provided the .hex files (flash+eep) What are the steps for on-chip debugging that hex? like...

I think I figured out what happen because it just happen again. I think I keep going back and fourth between the pages and my internet is being weird.
